Dynamic Selling


Dynamic means powerful, energetic, forceful, enthusiastic and
active.Selling means the ability to motivate, negotiate, persuade with the
buyer to invest in products and services.A result of mutual benefit to
both buyer and seller must be the main objective.

Dynamic Selling is using your mind in a imaginative and creative
way, transmitting energy and winning the sale. Dynamic selling starts
with the positive mental attitude. It requires the salesperson to see
the sale situation and act rapidly to solve it in the most effective and
professional way.

A professional salesperson always helps the buyer make decision. When
the need has been identified and confirmed by buyer and seller the
salesperson will then proceed to show the buyer how the product, service
or idea will satisfy the need and be of benefit.

The Sales person will have to judge the buyers's personality.No two
sales are alike and the process of making the sale can vary from buyer
to buyer.The salesperson should be courteous, polite, and kind.If you
cannot close the sale on the first interview due to circumstances beyond
your control it might mean that you do not close the sale this time.But
try to leave the buyer with a great impression about you.

You should do everything within your capacity to make the sale for if
you do not, some else will.Your buyers's well being your company and your
survival are the foremost considerations. When you enter the sales arena
with the positive mental attitude you will soon get your customer.

Patrick Ellis in his book 'Who dare sells'says the golden rule to
persuading, motivating, and manipulating others is for mutual
benefit.Every closed door has a key that will unlock it and he who holds
the right key to the other person's heart can open the door to enter.The
key to success is to persevere and be flexible in the face of
adversity, and if you cannot do that you are inviting and encouraging
failure.This is the reason yu see many less qualified people than you in
top positions. These are the successful people who have been able to
climb their way up despite all obstacles.Learn to fight beacuse life is
one continuous struggle for survival.

Never pass judgement on any person however disturbing or threatening
their behaviour.Search for the right key to open the door of any
person.Always give the customer the best.Customer is the most important
person with out customers there is no business.A customer is not
dependent on us. We are dependent on them for our living.A customer is a
person who comes to us because he needs certain goods or services.It is
our job to provide them in a way profitable to him and to ourselves.

Give them tender loving care.
