How to make people feel very important
Today we will learn how to make customers feel important. And by
doing so customers will respond to you more. The most important
thing is listening. By listening to customers you are making them
feel very important.
Listening involves a great deal more than just hearing. It involves the following traits:-
1.Empathy
2.Evaluation
3.Understanding
4.Assimilating
5.Giving feed back
The Successful Telemarketer knows it is impossible to succeed in
Sales without good Listening and Communications skills. The
following four qualities help you to become a good listener.
1.Patience
2.Concentration
3.Focus
4.Open mindedness
All you have to do is ask Open Ended Questions and keep quiet
(silent).
Customers love to talk and by making them feel important they
will buy from you. Compliment and Applaud when they deserve it.
Always use their Names and Pictures as often as possible.
When customers ask a question always pause before you answer them.
This gives them an impression that you think before you answer.
Always use the words you Yours, etc.
E.G. "You will benefit if you buy this." "Your
family can take advantage of it."
People are primarily interested in themselves and not you. So
always pick out the most interesting subject-
Themselves.
Pay attention to every detail. If you follow these instructions
every day I can
guarantee success.
