We live in a world of competition.  To be successful in your Personal life and Career you have to set goals.  Without goals you will be lost in the world of competition.  If you don't have any concrete goals your life will end in failure.  95% of the world population wish to be happy, successful and prosperous only 5% of them achieve them because they visualize 'Success' in the screen of their mind.  By planting seeds of success in your subconscious mind you will become successful.  No one should enjoy mediocrity.  No one wants to be unhappy.  Everyone wants the best this life can offer.  To become successful you need certain qualities.  You have to believe in yourself.  You should be enthusiastic in what you do.  Always ready to help those in need.  You should be a great thinker and radiate confidence.  Spent every minute productively and finally be goal oriented.  

Enthusiasm plays a major role in your success.  Emerson said, "Nothing great was ever achieved with out enthusiasm". So be enthusiastic in what you do.  Have a positive mental attitude.  Solomon said, "A nation without vision the people will perish".  Every human being should have a vision.  To have vision you need great imagination.  Imagination is a mental faculty out of which your visions arise.  Imagination is used by every person who wants to improve his present situation or present condition of life.  Be careful of what you think because you are what you think all day long. Solomon said, "As a man thinketh in his heart so is he, as he continues to think so he remains.  By thinking correctly you can enjoy anything that you want to experience in life.  Don't  have any limitations.  Whatever you want to experience in life, visualize in your screen of your mind, see it, picturize it, believe it, feel as though you have already achieved it, let it saturate in your subconscious mind, feel as though you are holding it or experiencing it and as you do so shall you become.

Dreamers are the saviours of the world.  Dream lofty dreams and as you dream so shall you become.  Bernard Shaw once said, "People dream dreams and ask why, I dream dreams and ask why not.  Plant good thoughts in your mind.  Our Master Teacher taught us "What you sow so shall you reap" Programme  your subconscious mind with positive, powerful and healthy thoughts. Always believe in what you do.  Always expect the good.  Ernest Holmes wrote, "Have enthusiasm and above all a consciousness of love, a radiant feeling flowing through your consciousness at all times.  The vast majority of people wish positive but expect negative and as a result of it they fail miserably.

You have to write your goals if you want to achieve anything in life.  By wishful thinking you cannot achieve your goals.  Wishful thinking takes  you nowhere, but you will go in Circles.  Write your goals in a piece of paper, paste it on the wall, computer or bedroom. Have a couple of copies so that you can carry it with you when you are travelling.  

Your goals should be realistic.  Have Short term, Intermediate and Long Term Goals.
Your goals should be clearly defined.
The purpose of achieving those goals.
What plan you would use to achieve those goals.
Determination, Persistence and a burning desire to achieve those goals.

Read them everyday before you go to sleep.  Feel as though you have already achieved them.  Have a burning desire and a passion to achieve those goals.  I write my goals every year.  Last year I achieved 89% of my goals.  If you are earning 30, 000 dollars, this year your  goal should be 60, 000 dollars.  If you are earning 50, 000 dollars your goal  this year should be 1, 00, 000 dollars.  If you are earning 1, 00, 000 dollars your goal should be one million.  Nothing in this world is impossible.  Everything is within your reach.  You can be at the bottom of the foothill or climb the top of the mountain.  Nothing can stop you.  The sky is the limit.  The world is full of opportunities.  If one door closes, the next door will open for you.  Have a burning passion for success.  Be enthusiastic.  Radiate sunshine.  Have unconditional love for human beings and see yourself at the top of the mountain.  Be the number one and not the second best.  Listen to motivational tapes everyday.  Read a chapter from a book everyday.  Read one chapter from the Book of Proverbs everyday you can increase your knowledge and wisdom.
