Affirmations
Affirmations are any statements you make. Most of the time our
affirmations
are negative. Negative affirmations create negative vibrations.
So If you
say 'I am having a bad day your subconscious mind accepts that and
your day
will be miserable. So Instead of saying 'I am having a bad
day, say to
yourself 'Its a fantastic day' and your subconscious mind will accept that
and you will have a great day. So continuosly make positive statements
about
how you want your life to be. You have to make your statements in
the
present tense.

The affirmation "I like myself" is positive, present
tense, and very
personal. When you repeat this statement continuosly it is
eventually
accepted as a valid description of the reality you desire. You will
begin
to feel better about yourself in everything you do. With
affirmations your
potential is unlimited. When your affirmation is repeated with
conviction
it brings about changes in your personality. You can increase your
self
esteem and confidence.
Think thoughts that make you cheerful. Do things that make you feel
better.
Be in the company of people who makes you feel good. Your mind is
like a
garden. You have to plant good seeds and remove the weeds to reap good
fruits. Plant good thoughts in your mind and your harvest will be
fruitful.
You cannot change your negative attitude or habits over night. It
takes
time. Be patient. Repeat your affirmation everyday, 50
times in the
morning, 20 times during lunch break and 50 times at night.
Say it with
passion, say it with feelings. Be persistent, Believe,
have faith in
yourself, the change will occur.
