The professional Salesperson should always sound Professional, act
Professional and sell Professionally.Recently more people are choosing a

are Persistence, Honesty, Commitment, Empathy, Sincerity, Professionalism and
Enthusiasm. Master Sales People have extremely good product
knowledge, Selling Skills and a Confident Selling Attitude.

Selling Skills are very essential to become a Professional Salesperson. You
should know how to communicate in a effective manner, persuade the customer
to act on their recommendations.Wayne Vanwyck in his book 'Pure Selling'
points out that you must arouse your customer's interest by pointing out the
outstanding benefits of your product-something tied into his or her needs or
wants.

A Professional Sales Person cares about the Customer needs first and not his
own.His prime motive is to help the Customer. So cultivate great
Attitude.Selling is a thinking person's Profession.You must know yourself
and learn to read people's mind.Sales is like this 'The more telephone calls
you make the more sales you make'.'The more people you meet the more Sales
you get'.

First Impression is the best Impression. So if you are on the telephone the
first 30 seconds are very important. If you are meeting a person face to face
the first 2 minutes are important.Always be alert, articulate, warm and
friendly.Wear a smile always. Be relaxed. If you are calm and relaxed , your
mind  works  clearer and you can ask the right questions and find a suitable
solution.
