Make sure your voice is clear and pleasant. Always have a ready smile. Customer will be irritated by a tone that is indifferent, hostile and too reserved. So smile and give the customer a good impression.
Record your voice and monitor your voice tone quite often. This helps you find out the areas you can improve. By training your voice you can be very successful in selling. All successful people like politicians, singers, movie stars and professional Salespeople record their voice. If you record your voice you are going to have a good career in selling.
The first 15 seconds is very crucial to build a relationship of trust with the customer. The customer should see you not as a salesperson but as a friend who is helping to invest the money properly. Being a Salesperson your voice and conversation should be enthusiastic, caring and confident. Radiate sunshine and make you conversation bright and cheerful. Always be enthusiastic. Salespeople should cultivate the habit of being positive and optimistic. Also keep in mind people judge you by the word you use. So develop good verbal and communication skills.
