out selling is the only profession where without Academic Qualifications
one can reach the top, quicker than in any other profession and no sales
person who is any good will ever be made redundant.
A Salesperson is a person who has the ability to communicate with
people, has the patience to listen, and the ability and open mind to be
trained to assimilate knowledge about the products or services quickly
and efficiently.
The principle of Salesmanship can be taught and learned just as surely
as any other profession. Salesmen are made and not born. Any person can
become a Master Salesperson. Selling is the art of asking the right
questions, questions that lead the customer to think that your sales
proposition will solve customers problem.
When a customer talks you gain several advantages
1.You find what the customer wants.
2.You find what is in the mind of the customer.
3.Also you find what the customer is like.
4.You have the advantage to think about the sale and develop some ways of satisfying
the customer's desire.
But when the Salesperson starts talking
1.The customer gets bored.
2.You as a Salesperson do not have the opportunity to find the need of the customer.
3.But you as Salesperson feel that you have achieved something.
