Persuasion is 20% technical skills and 80% of people skills.  Through persuasion you can win customers. As a Salesperson you should master the Tool of Persuasion. Once you discover the buying needs, effective measures should be taken to persuade the customer. 

Procrastination is one of the main reasons why people don't make decisions. You as a Salesperson should motivate the customer to get what they want. Communication and Motivation go hand in hand. You can't persuade a customer if you don't communicate well. Watch your Speech Pattern.  Increase your vocabulary. Words are your Tools of Trade.  Develop and project a strong personality. Display Confidence in your true "Self". When you are presenting to your customer get them to see it your way. The Corner Stone of Persuastion is Credibility. You should know how to build it and use it.
